A piston concrete pump is known, which contains two working cylinders, an injection, a pipeline and a distribution device located between them. For example, when the rotating body 12 is stopped in the position shown in FIG. 2 by solid lines, i.e., the blade 13 is above the axis of the shaft 11, the piston in cylinder 1 moves in the direction of increasing the volume of this cylinder, and the piston in cylinder 2 moves in the direction of decreasing its volume. In this case, a suction stroke and a pumped medium occur in cylinder 1 from hopper 20 through passage 18 fills cylinder I. Simultaneously in cylinder 2 a pumping stroke occurs and the pumped medium from cylinder 2 is forced out through opening 8 into the internal cavity 9 of the distributor, formed by the section of the housing 6 and the blades 15 and 14, from where through the output the hole enters the discharge pipe 3 (Fig. 2 and 3). When the rotating body 12 is stopped in the position shown in FIG. 2 by dash-dotted lines, i.e. the blade 14 is above the axis of the shaft 11, the piston in the cylinder 2 moves in the direction of increasing the volume of this cylinder, and the piston in the cylinder 1 moves in the direction of decreasing its volume. In this case, a suction stroke occurs in the cylinder 2, and the pumped medium from the hopper 20 through the passage 19 fills the cylinder 2. At the same time, a pump stroke occurs in the cylinder 1 and the pumped fluid from the cylinder 1 is forced out through the opening 7 into the distributor device In this case, the section of the housing 6 is n blades 13 and 15, from where it passes through the outlet 10 to the discharge pipe 3 (Fig. 4).
